Giuseppe Contissa
Research Assistant at the European University Institute (EUI), Florence (Italy). 

He was Max Weber Fellow at EUI, Resident Fellow at CodeX, the Stanford Center for Computers and the Law (Stanford University), and an AI&Law Researcher at CIRSFID - University of Bologna.
He received his degree in law and PhD in Legal Informatics from the University of Bologna, where he has worked as a researcher and lecturer for several years. He authored numerous articles in the realm of legal informatics, focusing his research on computable models of law and development of legal ontologies, software agents, legislative drafting and legimatics.
